Inaugural cask

This is the first cask to be bottled by the Pokeno Whisky Company. It has been fully matured in a first fill bourbon barrel and specially selected by myself. With notes of grapefruit, citrus and vanilla bean, developing into a creamy mouth feel with pear drops, candied sweets and passion-fruit, this is classic Pokeno. It represents the end of one long journey, and what we hope is the start of a new even longer one. Thank you for deciding to join me on this adventure, I look forward to us enjoying it together.
