Introducing our Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky aged in Sunshine Brewing Full Barrel Aged Casks.

This is a very special collab with our Gizzie mates– an idea hatched paddling out the back of Pines and pursued over a beer or two in the Sunshine taproom.

An extra year in the Sunshine Ale cask has layered notes of treacle, toffee and Toblerone over our signature citrus notes, which give way to more citrus, caramel, fudge and milk chocolate pudding in the mouth.
