Virgin Cask Finish

After a full maturation in a first fill bourbon barrel, we have re-racked this single malt into a virgin cask, built to our specification with 36 month air dried American Oak. The light toast and light char has enhanced our classic citrus and vanilla with incredible depth and complexity, adding notes of shortbread, toasted caramel and cocoa.
